Joe and his wife Kim have been married 23 years and enjoy a busy life raising 7 children, two dogs, two cats, two milk cows and 40 chickens. Living in Southern Utah has provided the perfect environment to enjoy all their favorite activities including: Camping, Hiking, Mountain Biking and Swimming.
