I love Cedar City Utah
Since 2012 my family and I have lived in the most amazing city in the world. No other than beautiful, sunny Saint George Utah. But as incredible as St George is, I have a special love for Cedar City Utah.
I’m originally from a very little town called Roosevelt located in the Northeast side of the state of Utah in an area called the Uintah Basin. After spending two years in Brazil on a service mission I came back to Roosevelt and while there was offered a job doing mortgages in Cedar City Utah.
For six years I was blessed to establish roots in Cedar City.? It was there that I established myself as a mortgage professional and served in multiple organizations such as the Lions Club and the Iron County Home Builder’s Association. In Cedar City, I created an endless number of wonderful relationships with some incredible people but best of all it was in Cedar City that I met and married the most beautiful girl ever and we began our family together.
We left Cedar City over four years ago and I started Heritage Reverse Mortgage here in St George which is where I thought I’d find most of my clients. But as we’ve gotten going I’ve been surprised to see the majority of my business has been in Cedar City.
I find it serendipitous that the second reverse mortgage I closed for Heritage Reverse Mortgage as a new company was for the same couple I did my second forward mortgage for as a new loan officer over 10 years ago. This experience for me was especially meaningful because I love this couple and because it is a testament to me of what can happen when I work to always take care of my clients and do what is in their best interest. I truly believe that doing the right things for the right reasons will always pay off and doing so will create relationships that last a lifetime.
I’m grateful for the experiences that life brings us and the opportunities we have to get to know incredible people. I look forward to the next ten years of doing Reverse Mortgages in Cedar City, St. George, and throughout the rest of Southern Utah and Utah as a whole. Thank you all who have been a part of my life over the past 10 years. We are truly blessed to be in Southern Utah.
